    • Good question! I hadn’t thought about that. I would hope that the statistics represent fewer teens getting pregnant. Seems to me a lower abortion rate would be a different story altogether. But what do I know? I appreciate your attention to detail.

  1. This is also something I can report on from the UK. Since 1998, the rate of teenage pregnancies has fallen by 34%. However, decreasing funds are resulting in an increase in the reduction of youth services, including targeted work with those teenage girls most at risk of becoming pregnant.
